Our Subconscious Mind drives our actions

Why would I choose fat over fit?

Obviously I favor pleasure of food over the pain of a diet. The key for me is to convince myself that there is more pain in being overweight than the pleasure I get out of the moment of food. I am very addicted to food, food, food. I enjoy the process of eating. Yet I know that I need to lose 50 pounds. So how am I supposed to change my subconscious beliefs and feelings.

Changing our mind and really believing that we "have to make the change" is what motivates people from making the decision for lasting change. Changing our inner belief system drives the action.
